A step sequencer that runs entirely in your browser. No signup, no upload. Tap a square to turn a sound on or off for that step, then press Play, or press Randomize to hear a new pattern right away.
↔ Swipe sideways to see all 16 steps. Track names stay pinned on the left.
These play the sound right now and never edit the pattern. The step grid above is the pattern; these pads are for playing live while it runs.
Samples stay on this device for this session only. They are not saved, not uploaded anywhere, and they are gone when you close the page. If a track has a sample, it plays the sample instead of its synth sound.
Tracks: Kick, Snare, Hi-hat, Clap, and a Bass that plays a short note pattern. Kit switches the drum character (Classic, 808-style, 909-style, plus Minimal, Tech House, Liquid and Jungle). Bass switches between 808-style, Acid 303-style, Deep Sub and Reese. Kits and bass work with any pattern. Randomize sets the matching kit and bass for each new subgenre, while the original four genres keep your Kit and Bass choices. Each hit is layered, lightly reverberated, and given a small random velocity change, so repeated hits do not sound like a machine gun. Tap a step once for a normal hit, twice for an accent (gold), three times to clear it. Tap M to mute a track, S to solo it. Song mode plays A, then B, then C, then D, looping. Export records 2 bars of the current pattern as an audio file you can download. Patterns A–D are saved on this device only.
